Dr. Barry Deirmenjian
Dr. Barry Deirmenjian is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for providing high-quality care. As the founder and CEO of B. Deirmenjian & Affiliates, he leads a network of 19 dental locations across California, serving communities throughout Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. His goal has always been to make excellent dental care accessible to as many people as possible.
Before establishing his own practices, Dr. Deirmenjian served as the dental director at Guards Dental, overseeing 26 locations. He later went on to build successful practices like Smiles West, Desert Dental Group, and Ponderosa Dental Group.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He stays actively involved in the dental community as a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association. He also serves as a peer-review member for MetLife Insurance and Liberty Dental, is on the advisory committee for Henry Schein Dental, and is an adjunct professor at UCLA.
Dr. Deirmenjian has been recognized for his leadership, with his company ranking among the fastest-growing businesses in California. He was also named LA Business of the Year and featured as one of the Emerging Dental Groups to Watch by Group Dentistry Now.
Beyond dentistry, he has a strong commitment to giving back. He has volunteered his time to food drives, initiatives supporting human trafficking victims, and programs for veterans. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors. He speaks English, Armenian, Spanish, and French.
Dr. Melisa Beckley
Dr. Melisa Beckley has been helping patients feel more confident in their smiles for over 21 years. She was born at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas and, as the daughter of a U.S. Air Force enlistee, spent her childhood moving to different states and countries. Eventually, she settled in California, where she earned her chemistry degree from the University of California, Riverside, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco.
After 17 years of running her own private practice, Dr. Beckley decided to join Elite Dental Associates, where she continues to serve the Redlands community. She loves helping patients feel comfortable at the dentist office and enjoys transforming smiles. One of her favorite parts of the job is getting to know her patients and seeing the impact a healthy, beautiful smile can have on their confidence.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their three daughters. She stays active by riding her Peloton and taking long walks around Redlands with her dog, Peanut. She also loves concerts, college football, and tackling DIY projects at home.
Dr. Kevin S. Lee
Dr. Kevin S. Lee, DDS, MS, attended Stanford University and earned a BA in human biology. He soon after went to the UCLA School of Dentistry. He then completed his residency at the UCLA section of orthodontics (orthodontics certificate), earned his Master’s at the UCLA School of Dentistry (MS in Oral Biology) and his American Board of Orthodontics Certification. During his dental education, Dr. Lee became fascinated by human craniofacial development and decided to pursue orthodontics, which is the clinical specialty closely related to growth and development of the head. He is a member of the American Board of Orthodontics, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the International Association for Dental Research, the American Association for Dental Research and the American Dental Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys playing and watching soccer (he is an avid FC Barcelona fan), soaking up the California sunshine, traveling and driving sports cars (he is a Porsche fanatic).
Dr. Shahram (David) Mashhadian
Dr. Shahram (David) Mashhadian is an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon who takes great pride in providing top-tier surgical care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry and his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. His extensive training allows him to provide advanced surgical treatments with a focus on patient comfort and long-term results.
Dr. Mashhadian also gives back by volunteering with organizations like Smile Generation Day and Thousand Smiles.
Dr. Amir Shahab Monseni
Dr. Amir Shahab Monseni is an experienced endodontist who is passionate about helping patients restore their oral health. He earned his dental degrees from UCLA and the University of Southern California before completing advanced training in endodontics at USC. He later expanded his expertise by completing the American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s implant maxi courses.
As a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society, Dr. Monseni stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in endodontic care. His priority is helping patients find relief from discomfort while preserving their natural teeth whenever possible.
Originally from Tehran, Iran, Dr. Monseni grew up in Santa Monica, where he still lives with his Malamute dog. He enjoys staying active and participating in various sports when he’s not in the office.
